Breath of God | Sonshine Stamp Co.

Hello everyone! I’m back with another post and video for Sonshine Stamp Co.! Today I’m using the Breath Of God stamp set (will be restocked soon), watercolors, and alcohol to create a really fun dandelion effect in my Bible. You can find the video tutorial for how I did this over on my YouTube channel.

With the help of Google I found myself in Job 33:4 for today’s entry. I really loved the “breathe on me breath of God” stamp in this set and so that is what inspired my study time today.

The Spirit of God has made me;

the breath of the Almighty gives me life.

Job 33:4

Here, Elihu is speaking to Job and alluding to Genesis 2:7 which says, “the Lord God formed the man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.”

Elihu is trying to prove that he is wise despite his age and that he is there to speak truth and wisdom to Job and in Job 33:4 he is saying that because they were both created by God then they are equals. I love this idea that when you strip us down to who our Creator is then we really are all the same. We were all created by God, in His image, to do His work!

Don’t get me wrong, we aren’t cookie cutter robots…we do have individuality but the bottom line is that we should be treating each other all the same and we shouldn’t be afraid to minister to others despite our age, position, background, etc. God can use you in some amazing ways despite what you think about yourself and your abilities.
